Levrx Technology Inc., a young, dynamic high-potential healthcare software applications company, is seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner/Analyst to create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and to assist software developers to formulate high level technical solutions The Product Owner/Analyst will serve as the liaison between business and IT staff to resolve issues related to software requirements and design.

 

The responsibilities of the Product Owner/Analyst include but are not limited to:

  •  Work closely with developers, product managers, and external stakeholders to finesse an idea into a high-quality product feature

  • Take ownership of the product, understand how it fits into the larger Levrx platform, and serve as the company expert on all things related to your product

  • Compose detailed product specifications, systems models, and user interface designs that clearly communicate requirements to the development team

  • Manage all aspects of user acceptance testing and production readiness planning

  • Triage and troubleshoot production support issues, isolate root causes, and create specifications for fixes and workarounds

  • Other related duties, as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related fields of study
  • 3+ years of product ownership or business analysis experience
  • Demonstrated experience creating product artifacts
  • Excellent communication, organization, coordination and follow up skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  • Experience with health plans business and applications a plus
