Who we’re seeking:

Levrx is seeking a talented and ambitious junior software developer (SD) to assist multiple activities related to the creating, deployment, and support of Levrx’ enterprise software applications.  The SD will coordinate with Levrx leadership, internal support teams, 3rd party development and infrastructure teams, partners, and vendors to triage and troubleshoot customer support requests, isolate and define problems, and test fixes.  In addition, the SD will assist in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, and deployment).  This position offers the possibility of significant career growth within the company.

The responsibilities of the SD include but are not limited to:

  1. Manage a queue of incoming dev-level support requests
  2. Replicate, test, and perform analysis of software and data defects reported
  3. Create detailed resolution tickets in Jira
  4. As assigned (and as skills progress) work development tickets from Jira
  5. Load and configure data, configurations, and settings for analysis and testing purposes
  6. Assist in software testing and QA
  7. Related duties, as required

 

List of essential capabilities:

  1. Ability to solve complex logical and technical problems
  2. Ability to communicate clearly and politely in all circumstances
  3. Familiarity with general concepts in enterprise software (nTier product concepts)
  4. Familiarity with SQL (MySQL)
  5. Familiarity with Rest APIs concepts
  6. Preferred familiarity with Java
  7. Preferred familiarity with JS frameworks, particularly React JS / React Native
  8. Preferred Familiarity with AWS cloud concepts

 

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Some knowledge of programming languages.  SQL, Java, React JS preferred
  2. Desire to learn additional programming skills
  3. General IT knowledge
  4. Critical-thinking skills
  5. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  6. Exposure to healthcare business cases and applications a plus
