Product Owner/Analyst

Levrx Technology Inc., a young, dynamic high-potential healthcare software applications company, is seeking a talented Production Support Analyst to analyze, troubleshoot, and when necessary, escalate production issues. The Production Support Analyst will serve as the liaison between business and IT staff to resolve issues related to software requirements and design.

The responsibilities of the Production Support Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Respond to, identify, and troubleshoot Level-2 application-related issues
  • Triage, escalate and track issues assigned to developers and external vendors
  • Perform QA testing of bug fixes prior to deployment
  • Maintain customer configurations and implement updates as requested
  • Document and resolve issues reported in customer implementations and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with product management to ensure a seamless user experience when using the applications and interacting with Levrx
  • Other related duties, as assigned

  • Very strong problem solving & analytical skills
  • Intermediate MySQL skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to understand business processes and accessing application data
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new concepts and skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of applicable IT support experience, or technical degree in IT or related field
  • Excellent communication, organization, coordination and follow up skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
