Who we’re seeking:
Levrx is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist with sales efforts including product demonstrations, updating our CRM, help clients transition to implementation, and additional support tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with development of sales presentations
- Conduct product and services demonstrations to prospective clients
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) updates, enrichment, and reporting
- Coordinating and compiling new business proposals and renewals
- Providing a high level of customer service with tight turnaround times to prospective clients, channel partners and other key stakeholders
- Seek opportunities to improve internal sale processes
- Interact with sales channel partners as part of the sale process
- Participate in team sales situations with producers and support personnel
- Assist prospective clients through each step of the sales process
- Manage new client transition to solutions team and act as sales liaison throughout new client implementation
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Solutions, Product and other teams to support prospect and client needs
- Additional sales support functions as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- At least one year office work experience
- Working knowledge of current Office business software suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel, as well as clients, and vendors
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- Acts independently with minimal direction
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
- Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
- Be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues
