Who we’re seeking:

Levrx is hiring a Sales Support Specialist to assist with sales efforts including product demonstrations, updating our CRM, help clients transition to implementation, and additional support tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with development of sales presentations
  • Conduct product and services demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) updates, enrichment, and reporting
  • Coordinating and compiling new business proposals and renewals
  • Providing a high level of customer service with tight turnaround times to prospective clients, channel partners and other key stakeholders
  • Seek opportunities to improve internal sale processes
  • Interact with sales channel partners as part of the sale process
  • Participate in team sales situations with producers and support personnel
  • Assist prospective clients through each step of the sales process
  • Manage new client transition to solutions team and act as sales liaison throughout new client implementation
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Solutions, Product and other teams to support prospect and client needs
  • Additional sales support functions as assigned



  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
  • At least one year office work experience
  • Working knowledge of current Office business software suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel, as well as clients, and vendors
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • Acts independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
  • Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
  • Be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues
