Reports to:  Lead Product Manager

Location: In-office, Troy, NY

Levrx Technology Inc., a young, dynamic high-potential healthcare software applications company is seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and to assist software developers to formulate high level technical solutions. The System Analyst will serve as the liaison between business and IT staff to resolve issues related to software requirements and design. Who we’re seeking:

The System Analyst will serve as the liaison between business and IT staff to resolve issues related to software requirements and design. The responsibilities of the Systems Analyst include but are not limited to:

  1. Work closely with developers, product managers, and external stakeholders to finesse an idea into a high-quality product feature
  2. Take ownership of the product, understand how it fits into the larger Levrx platform, and serve as the company expert on all things related to your product
  3. Compose detailed product specifications, systems models, and other artifacts that clearly communicate requirements to the development team
  4. Manage all aspects of user acceptance testing and production readiness planning
  5. Triage and troubleshoot production support issues, isolate root causes, and create specifications for fixes and workarounds
  6. Other related duties, as assigned

  1. Very strong attention to detail
  2. Exceptional critical thinking
  3. Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate business needs to technical team
  4. Demonstrated experience creating product artifacts
  5. Comfortable with data analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL experience is preferred
  6. Must be self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new concepts and skills
  7. Ability to thrive is a fast-paced agile development environment

 

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, or related fields of study
  2. Three (3) years of product ownership or business analysis experience
  3. Excellent communication, organization, coordination and follow up skills
  4. Superior written and verbal communication and composition skill with minimal margin of error
  5. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
  6. Experience with health plans business and applications a plus
